Working in healthcare, nothing is more obvious than that the Standard American Diet (SAD) is making people sick! When I prescribe vegetables as part of the solution, so many patients can only think of a few vegetables to choose from. But if you walk into any Whole Foods, we are confronted with a wide array of options. I don't know what to do with half of them!
